NammNilam takes its roots from Sri Ganesh Developers founded by Mr. Chandran in the year 1985.

Starting from a very modest lifestyle at Ramnagar, Coimbatore, Mr.Chandran faced numerous hardships. Despite everything, he pursued real estate with determination and skill. His keen eye for prime locations and negotiation abilities led to the success of Sri Ganesh Developers. Supported by his loving wife Chandrakala and inspired by his daughters, Mr. Chandran built a thriving business known for trust and excellence in the real estate market.
Our Founder
Sangeetha Chandran, the founder of NammNilam, combines a rich background in IT with a passion for real estate. A computer engineering graduate with nearly 15 years of experience in the IT industry across India and abroad, she recently enhanced her expertise with a Product Management Certification from IIM-K. Living in South Africa, Sangeetha identified the need for secure, accessible investment opportunities for both residents and NRIs when she faced it herself. This vision led to the creation of NammNilam, aiming to simplify and democratize property investments in tier-2 cities like Coimbatore.
